The Role

You’ll join the Client Service Team, working closely with advisers and paraplanners to deliver a high-quality, efficient client experience.

This is a hands-on role where your experience will be valued, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the advice process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing portfolio reports and pre-meeting documentation
• Reviewing and managing client cash accounts
• Submitting and implementing new business
• Maintaining accurate client records using systems such as Intelliflo and Concert Hub
• Liaising with providers and supporting the end-to-end client journey
• Managing your own workflow and meeting service level expectations
• Working collaboratively with advisers, paraplanners and the wider team
• Escalating issues where needed to ensure smooth delivery

Salary & Benefits

• £34,000 – £40,000 salary depending on experience
