The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to support revenue growth for a client in the health, fitness and wellbeing sector based in Central London.

This is a fast-paced, target-focused sales role for someone who thrives on engaging with people, converting leads, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a key role in driving membership sales and supporting both individual and corporate client acquisition.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to drive membership sales
  • Convert enquiries into trials and paid memberships
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to maximise conversion rates
  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
Corporate & Individual Sales Support
  • Support outreach to local businesses and corporate contacts
  • Assist in securing trial bookings and membership conversions
  • Build positive relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Lead Management
  • Manage and progress your own pipeline of leads
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Track performance against individual sales targets

£29,000 base salary + £40,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
