Salary: Up to £75,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you a qualified Independent Financial Adviser looking to join a respected national firm with a strong support structure and a client-first approach?

We’re working with a leading UK-wide financial planning company with multiple offices, currently seeking an IFA to join their London team.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be delivering holistic financial planning to both new and existing clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals. With access to a strong client base, paraplanning and admin support, and a collaborative team environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for an adviser who wants to focus on quality advice and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding and risk profiling
• Deliver personalised financial planning across pensions, investments, tax, and protection
• Manage and review client relationships in line with service standards
• Generate new business opportunities and support firm-wide growth
• Collaborate with paraplanners, administrators, and compliance teams
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered or working towards Level 6 preferred)
• CAS status and current SPS
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a financial advice role
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
• Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is desirable
