We are recruiting for Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established air freight cargo operation based in Slough.

This role requires previous air freight warehouse experience and a valid Counterbalance FLT licence. You will be working within a regulated cargo environment, handling import and export freight in line with strict compliance and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing air freight cargo
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Building and breaking down pallets
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT
• Completing warehouse and compliance documentation
• Ensuring all health & safety and security procedures are followed

Essential Requirements:

• Air freight cargo warehouse experience
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (internal or external)
• Experience working in a regulated warehouse environment
• Stable employment history

Desirable:

• Located within 10–12 miles of Slough
• Own transport (due to night shifts and 4 on / 4 off pattern)
