What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Generating new business opportunities
- Progressing sales transactions efficiently through to exchange and completion
- Working closely with colleagues to support overall branch performance

- Previous experience as a residential Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-presented, organised, and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work in a target-focused environment
- Knowledge of the Ash Vale property market advantageous
- Full UK driving licence essential
