About the Role

We are delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking and ambitious organisation based in Woking to recruit a Marketing Director. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to shape and drive the overall marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and support the business through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Oversee all marketing channels including digital, content, PR, and brand management
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI across all campaigns
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to inform strategy
• Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communications

About You

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or similar)
• Strong strategic mindset with a hands-on approach when required
• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful marketing campaigns and business growth
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

Desirable Experience

• Experience within a fast-growing or scaling organisation
• Background in B2B and/or B2C environments
• Familiarity with modern marketing technologies and data-driven decision making
