• Experienced Teaching Assistants who have worked in a primary school setting within the last two years
• Positive role models who can support pupils academically, socially and emotionally
• Collaborative team players who enjoy working alongside teachers and wider school staff
• Individuals with a warm, engaging approach and a genuine passion for helping children thrive

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Providing 1:1 or small-group support to boost pupil progress
• Helping create a fun, inclusive and safe learning environment
• Assisting with classroom activities, resources and behaviour support
• Becoming a valued part of a friendly school community
