Temporary Administrator – Workload Cover

3-week assignment | Mid-May start
Outer skirt of Carnforth – driver required

Reed Business Support are working with one of our exclusive clients to recruit a Temporary Administrator to provide short-term workload cover for approximately 3 weeks from mid-May.

This is a hands-on, office-based role supporting a small and friendly team during a busy period.

The role:

Duties will be varied and administrative in nature and may include:

  • Handling and sorting incoming post
  • Opening mail and organising paperwork
  • Basic data input and record keeping
  • General office support tasks
  • Assisting with document preparation and filing
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

This is a very generic admin role, ideal for someone happy to roll their sleeves up and help where needed.

Hours:

  • Full-time preferred (office hours circa 9:00am–5:30pm)
  • Some flexibility may be available

Location:

  • Office-based on the outer skirt of Carnforth
  • Not accessible by public transporta driver with own transport is essential

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous administration or office support experience
  • Comfortable with routine, process-driven tasks
  • Reliable, organised and happy working independently
  • Able to commit to the full 3-week assignment
  • Available to start mid-May
