Accounts Assistant
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Adele Carr Recruitment have partnered with a leading UK professional services business who are looking to add a Accounts Assistant to their growing finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, modern organisation within the legal and professional services sector. You'll receive full training and support while working in a busy finance function, playing a key role in processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Post payments, receipts and transfers in a timely manner
• Set up and process BACS, TT payments and cheques
• Allocate funds received into bank accounts
• Use online banking systems for electronic payments
• Ensure client account payments comply with company policy
• Deal with fee earner queries and resolve issues
• Support compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Carry out general administrative and ad hoc finance duties

• Previous office or finance experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as part of a busy, fast-paced team
• Organised with the ability to manage deadlines
