We are seeking two experienced Air Import Clerks to join a busy air freight operation based at Heathrow. You will be responsible for managing import shipments from arrival through to customs clearance, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering a high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage air import shipments from arrival to final delivery
• Prepare and check import documentation including AWBs, invoices, and permits
• Coordinate customs clearance and submit declarations
• Liaise with customers, airlines, and warehouse teams
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with customs and CAA regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in air import or freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Hours: 18:00 – 06:00 (4 on / 4 off)
