B2B Account Manager – Trade & Wholesale
£35,000–£38,000 | On-site, Cheshunt
Own B2B customer operations at a fast-growing, global brand - This role goes far beyond “processing orders”.
As our client’s business continues to scale rapidly, they have split their Customer Service function into Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and B2B Trade & Wholesale. We are looking for a strong B2B account management/customer service professional to take ownership of the trade and wholesale customer base.
This is a newly created role with real scope: you’ll sit at the heart of a well-established operation that’s growing quickly, working with national retailers, wholesalers and export partners to ensure orders are managed, prioritised and fulfilled accurately and efficiently — while also helping the business evolve its processes as volume increases.
As the business grows, so will this role. This is a chance to take ownership, build credibility, and develop your career alongside a scaling operation.
