What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Registering prospective buyers and assessing their property requirements
• Arranging and conducting property viewings in a professional manner
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales
• Building and maintaining strong client and applicant relationships
• Generating new business opportunities and potential valuations
• Progressing sales through to completion with regular communication and updates

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential sales is highly beneficial
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of customer service and client care
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well-presented, articulate and positive attitude
• Knowledge of the Streatham area would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
