Description

• CIPD Level 3 qualified, actively working towards CIPD Level 5, with a solid foundation in UK employment law and HR best-practice.
• Experience managing a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management.
• Strong HR administration and documentation skills, producing accurate case paperwork, correspondence, and meeting notes while maintaining confidentiality.
• Confident first point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical, policy-led ER advice in a fast-paced environment.
