Customer Service Administrator for 12 weeks on a Fixed Term Contract
Role to start beginning of May - for 12 weeks
9.00am - 6.00pm - Mon - Fri in the office
For this role you will need to be able to start immediately in beginning of May and commit to 12 weeks
(so ideally no holidays can be taken in this period due to the length of the contract)
The role will run to approx. end of July –
Role & Duties
Working in a busy transport office working alongside the transport planner and
Ops Manager this role will be responsible for;
Taking calls,
Dealing with client requests , changes or queries
Liaising with drivers on route to locations.
Advising drivers if there are any changes to their routes re; traffic etc or site access or site contacts etc
Looking at bookings on system and understanding days schedule to be ready if any changes are required
Using google docs and Word and inhouse system
Skills And Experience
Excellent customer service manner
Solid admin skills
Calm and practical approach to problem solving
Ability to communicate with clients, venues, drivers, management etc
Preferable you will have a customer service/Client services background enjoy working in a fast paced, multi-deadline business environment & have solid admin skills
**Can commit to 12 weeks and start immediately **
Can commute to Crayford with ease
