Key Responsibilities:
As M&E Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering successful Events:

• Respond to enquiries and create tailored event proposals
• Coordinate all event details including catering, AV, and accommodation
• Prepare and distribute function sheets to hotel teams
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Support events on-site where required
• Work closely with Sales, Reservations, and F&B teams
• Capture and communicate all client requirements
• Attend meetings to ensure smooth event delivery
• Track event success and identify repeat business opportunities

What we're looking for:
To succeed as an M&E Coordinator in London, you'll ideally have:

• 1-2 years' experience in events, sales, or hotel operations
• Background within Hotels or event venues
• Familiarity with systems such as Opera or Events500
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication and client-facing ability
