REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Scotland’s well-established industrial suppliers, who are looking to recruit a ‘Hire Desk Controller’ on a Permanent Contract. As a key member of the hire desk, you will support the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient, and friendly service.

Permanent Contract

Full Time

Mon-Fri – 8:00am – 5:00pm

£30,000 - £33,000 per annum (DOE)

Start Date: ASAP

Location – West Lothian


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process Hire Contracts to our Syrinx system
  • Co-ordinate closely with other departments to monitor equipment availability
  • Load purchase orders to our Syrinx system
  • Undertake other office duties
