A highly respected, fully Chartered Independent Financial Advisory firm with four offices across the UK is seeking an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join its London team. The Opportunity

With a strong flow of new enquiries and an existing portfolio to inherit, you’ll have the platform to focus on what you do best: building trusted relationships and delivering outstanding financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, including those transitioning from other advisers
  • Deliver high-quality, holistic financial planning and independent advice
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and their families
  • Contribute to business growth through professional referrals, networking, and firm-generated leads
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and professionalism
  • (Optional depending on candidate) Provide leadership or mentoring within the team, supporting junior advisers or paraplanners

What We’re Looking For

  • Chartered Financial Planner status (essential)
  • Several years’ experience in a financial planning or advisory role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A professional, ethical, client-first approach
  • Ability to generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Management or leadership experience is highly advantageous
  • Ambition to grow within a supportive, forward-thinking firm
