ROLE: Cover Supervisor - Future Teacher Programme 

LOCATION: Essex, Havering, Thurrock and Southend

Start Date: ASAP 

SALARY: £20,000 - £28,000 per annum

I am working with several mainstream Secondary schools within Essex, Havering, Thurrock and Southendwho are looking to recruit cover supervisorson a temporary basis(with manyopportunities for permanent positions).Within this role you will be leading classesof 30 studentsacross all departmentsand subjects, delivering preset work and managing classroom behaviour. 

Our schools are keen to support graduates as future teachers,providing support and training with behaviour managementand offering opportunity to gain experience in a selected department to support with their subject specialism. 

The ideal candidate will have some experience working within a school setting, be confident anddemonstratethe confidence and capability to lead classes of students and manage challenge behaviour. A subject specialism would beadvantageousto schools. 

Contract Details: 

- Full time or part time roles (Monday - Friday or min. of 3 days per week). 

- Working hours are between 8am - 3.30pm
