An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded financial advice team within a leading professional services environment.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for wealth management, looking to further develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative team.


Our client are a vibrant and growing firm of Independent Financial Planners who are continuing to grow and now have an excellent opportunity for a credible and experienced IFA Administrator.

The Role

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth running of client servicing and back-office processes. This is a varied and fast-paced position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client data using back-office systems (Intelliflo Office)
  • Manage adviser diaries and support with day-to-day client administration
  • Handle group pension data and related administration
  • Process mail merges for bulk client communications and reporting
  • Administer changes to client portfolios across platforms and WRAP products
  • Deliver a high level of service to both clients and internal stakeholders


About You

  • Previous experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Strong working knowledge of back-office systems (Intelliflo experience desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to manage workload effectively in a busy environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
