German Customer Services Coordinator

Location: Milton Keynes (Office based)

Part time - Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 4:00pm

Salary: £22,000 per annum (based on 25 hour working week)

ENB are supporting a Milton Keynes based client who are seeking a fluent German speaking Customer Services Coordinator to support their European operations. This role is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience across their German and UK client base, ensuring order management and coordination for business to business clients.

You will be the key point of contact for their customers, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment, delivery and high service standards.

Day to day:

• Deliver responsive and professional support via phone and email to German and UK clients
• Manage the full order lifecycle, from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage
• Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues using internal CRM systems
• Ensure all orders are dispatched on time with complete and accurate documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and operational workflows

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, order coordination or sales support
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) — essential
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in order handling and documentation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
