A great new role for an Accountant / Senior Accountant working for a Boutique Accounting Practice in central London!

We are looking for a skilled and commercially minded Management Accountant / senior Accountant to join the growing team of an expanding Tax & Accounts Boutique!

This is a hands on role which involves interacting with clients and being involved in a dynamic growing team!

Your responsibilities will include -

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Work closely with clients to understand their businesses and support strategic planning
• Assist with year-end processes and liaise with tax and compliance teams
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems

You will need -

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Proven experience in management reporting and financial forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships
• Experience working in practice or a multi-client environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel
