Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate that have vast experience as an Finance or Accounts Assistant, in a role where you have improved or implemented AP/AR processes.

We are currently recruiting for a truly exciting company based centrally, in Wolverhampton. We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant with a can-do attitude to hit the ground running with the team!

This is a fast paced role in an everchanging industry, the successful candidate will be trusted to improve processes as they see fit and manage the full AP/AR processes for 1 entity of the company! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to join an ambitious company were there is lots of room to grow!

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Manage Accounts Payable duties such as processing invoices, reconciling statements and completing payment runs.
• Manage Accounts Receivable duties such as raising invoices, chasing outstanding payments and driving Credit Control.
• Support the Trainee Finance Assistant and share your knowledge.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to making positive improvements where you see fit.

Ideally, You Will:

• Have proven experience in finance, particularly in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience using Xero would be ideal however is not essential, as system training can be provided.
• Have strong attention to detail, this is a fast paced role!
• Have a positive attitude and approach to work, we are looking for a proactive and friendly individual!
