Description
Raising the following in the Finance System:
New Project details
Contract Sales Orders
Application for Payments
Contract Sales Invoices
Purchase Orders
Purchase Invoices and checking their validity against the Purchase Order
Sundry Sales Invoices
Credit notes
Creating new Customer and Vendors in the Finance System
Bank reconciliations
Processing Credit Card expenses
Preparing and issuing statements as necessary
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Respond to time-critical emails and actions from clients or colleagues in good time
Work towards efficiencies and process improvements within workload, utilising Evision and other systems where possible
Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Financial Controller, Group Finance Manager, Accounts Supervisor or CFO to support Finance, HR, and Operational staff
