We are expanding our supply pool and are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to support local schools with day-to-day classroom cover.

This is a flexible role suited to individuals who are confident in front of a class and have hands-on classroom experience, but who may not hold formal teaching qualifications.

?? About the Role:

• Provide classroom supervision during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-set lesson work across a variety of subjects
• Maintain positive behaviour and classroom control
• Ensure students stay engaged and on task throughout the day
• Work on a day-to-day supply basis as bookings come through

We’re Interested in Candidates Who:

• Have prior experience working in a school or classroom
• Can confidently manage student behaviour
• Are dependable, punctual, and flexible
• Are happy to travel to schools using public transport
• Are available for short-notice and daily supply work

You do not need teaching qualifications or a car — reliability and classroom experience are what matter most.
