As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

DAY TO DAY: 

• Managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of landlords
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and clients
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
• Liaising with contractors and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and regulations
• Managing tenancy agreements, renewals, and rent collections
• Handling tenant queries, issues, and dispute resolution
• Conducting regular property visits and producing reports

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• Previous experience in  the property sector 
• Looking for a step up into a property management position 
• A full driving license and access to a vehicle 

Monday - Friday 9-5:30PM 

1 in every 4 weekends 9-1pm ( Saturdays)
