About the Role:-

We are seeking a highly skilled TIG (GTAW) Welder with proven experience in welding duplex stainless steel and Inconel clad carbon steel. You will play a critical role in delivering high-integrity process piping, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding in line with approved WPS
• Fabricate and weld pipe spools (¾“-9“ OD) with high precision and alignment
• Ensure full root fusion and weld penetration to meet quality standards
• Interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, weld maps, and WPS/PQR documents
• Execute weld prep activities: fit-up, bevel checks, purging, consumable control
• Produce welds meeting NDE/QA standards (VT, PT, RT, UT)
• Work in compliance with ASME Section IX / EN ISO standards
• Maintain safety, traceability, and fabrication procedures
• Collaborate with QA, inspectors, and supervisors to meet production targets

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in GTAW welding of duplex & Inconel clad materials
• Valid certifications: ASME IX / EN ISO 9606 (or willingness to qualify)
• Strong knowledge of heat input control & ferrite balance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & welding documents
• Proven track record of meeting strict inspection/NDE requirements
• Strong team collaboration & communication skills
• High focus on safety, quality, and workplace discipline
