Job Description

Radius is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our telematics business unit marketing team. In the role, you will focus on multichannel marketing programmes to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The role will report into the Head of Marketing – Telematics and will involve working closely with marketing colleagues both in the UK and worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and delivering strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall engagement
• Developing and delivering a calendar of multichannel marketing campaigns, including targeted outbound campaigns
• Identifying and delivering tools, channels, and materials to support sales
• Creating and managing content to support sales and customer engagement
• Using data and analytics to track, optimise, and report outcomes on performance and ROI
• Ensuring brand and messaging consistency and efficacy

Qualifications

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Strong track record of delivering successful multichannel marketing campaigns with understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead nurturing
• Effective project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
• Good understanding of product positioning, value propositions, and competitive landscape analysis 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to use data to inform decision-making and improve performance
• Experience with CRMs and email marketing platforms
• Knowledge of telematics, SaaS, or a related technology industry is desirable
