Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of our valued client. This Customer Service Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
Location: Maidstone
Industry: Logistics & Distribution
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
About the Role:
• Managing daily customer enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinating orders, deliveries and service schedules
• Acting as a key point of contact between customers, drivers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and spreadsheets
• Supporting the operations team with reporting and service updates
• Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
About You:
• Experience within a customer service or coordination role
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• A team-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset
