Location: Warrington

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days on client site, 2 days working from home



Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a commercially minded Recruitment Coordinator to deliver high-quality recruitment across key Managed Service accounts.


The Role

You will own end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering closely with clients to manage high-volume hiring, meet SLAs and KPIs, and provide market insight and strategic support. You’ll act as a key escalation point, drive service excellence, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensure delivery against targets
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to deliver efficient hiring solutions
  • Provide market insight and manage expectations with stakeholders
  • Lead service reviews and report on performance metrics
About You
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge where needed
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruitment
  • Commercially aware and solutions-focused
