Can you support students to improve behaviour, attendance and engagement in school?

A Haringey secondary school is seeking a Behaviour & Pastoral Mentor to work with students who need additional support to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing behaviour and pastoral support across KS3 and KS4
• Mentoring students on a 1:1 basis
• Supporting behaviour intervention strategies
• Working with safeguarding and pastoral teams to improve outcomes

What they're looking for:

• Experience supporting teenagers or vulnerable young people
• Calm and confident behaviour management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for supporting student wellbeing
