Their London office seeking a Financial Assistant/Junior Cashier to join the Finance department. The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative and dedicated team, playing an integral role in supporting the department.

Duties

• Office & Client bank reconciliations.
• Client receipts and electronic payment preparation.
• Office receipts and supplier invoice processing and payments.
• Responding to Finance queries.
• Assisting with report preparation and distribution e.g., disbursement costs, client residual balances, etc.
• Ensuring disbursements are processed efficiently e.g., Companies House, Land registry, company searches, etc.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities and skills:

• Prior junior level experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Evidence of interest in, and commitment to, the success of the firm.
