Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and manage multiple lettings branches, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory bodies.
• Drive team performance through effective management, training, and personal development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance profitability and market share.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current lettings legislation and ensure all processes and practices are compliant.
• Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service within the team.
• Utilise strong communication and leadership skills to inspire trust and loyalty in both staff and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Branch Manager level or higher.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and manage high-volume workloads effectively.
• Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT with a good grasp of basic Microsoft Packages.
• Ability to work independently and make informed business decisions.
