Recruit UK is working with a highly regarded independent financial planning firm seeking a trainee Paraplanner to join their growing team.

The Role
- Support Financial Planners with holistic financial planning cases
- Prepare detailed suitability reports and recommendations
- Conduct technical research across investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning
- Assist with cashflow modelling and financial analysis
- Liaise with providers, solicitors, accountants, and other professional connections
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure FCA-compliant documentation
- Work collaboratively with advisers, administrators, and the wider support team
- Contribute towards process improvements and proposition development
About You
- Diploma qualified (desirable)
- Knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning
- Experience in IFA / Wealth Management
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases effectively
- Experience with tools such as FE Analytics, cashflow modelling, and back-office systems advantageous
