This role offers an excellent development opportunity to work in the Legacy Employment Team undertaking both short-tail disease claims, supporting a partner on primarily stress claims and discrimination claims, in addition to Employment Tribunal claims and employment law advisory work. You will be working with a recognized market leader in Disease and Employment Law assisting on, multi-party, highly sensitive/high profile cases. Aside from technical excellence, experience of stress claims, discrimination law, employment law is preferred. The role also includes the need to interface with sophisticated senior claims handlers in long-standing insurance clients, senior figures at insured and corporate clients and responsibility for enhancing and developing Keoghs profile.
