You’ll join a close-knit, high-performing team within the firm’s Portfolio Management division, gaining hands-on exposure to investment management while supporting experienced professionals.

The Role

Working as a Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to Investment Managers and play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of client portfolios.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Investment Managers with general administration
  • Assisting with client meetings, reports, and correspondence
  • Opening and closing client accounts
  • Processing transactions and maintaining accurate client records
  • Producing reports using internal systems and Excel
  • Supporting the team with ongoing projects and ad hoc tasks
