Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

Preparing parcels and printing shipping labels

Organising and restocking inventory

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Updating product listings and website content

Assisting with SEO tasks such as product descriptions and category content

Supporting social media content creation and scheduling

Uploading products, images and basic website updates

Assisting with customer service enquiries via email and social media

Helping with general day-to-day eCommerce operations across the brands

Supporting with basic admin and operational tasks as required


- Reliable, punctual and dependable

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work

- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

- Organised and able to work independently

- Good communication skills and professional manner

- Basic computer skills and confidence using online systems

- Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing or online businesses

- Creative interest in social media, photography or content creation (desirable but not essential)

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred

- Previous retail, warehouse, customer service or online business experience is helpful but not essential
