SEN Experience Needed

Experience supporting children with SEND is essential, but this does not have to come from a school setting.

We welcome applicants with:

  • Personal experience supporting SEND
  • Care or support work backgrounds
  • Nursery or childcare experience
  • Youth work or mentoring experience
  • Previous school-based SEN support experience
