We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Administrator to support our clients purchasing team during a busy period, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. This is an admin-focused position involving data accuracy, supplier communication and keeping purchasing records up to date. No previous buying experience needed — strong admin skills are key.

Working Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 remote

Own transport required, outside of easy public transport routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and check weekly stock sheets
  • Compare stock figures with the ERP system
  • Chase and verify supplier order confirmations
  • Ensure prices, delivery dates and product details are correct
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing function

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator (phone + email)
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Interested in procurement or supply chain (not essential)
