My client is looking for a driven individual that can build relationships throughout the business, and is keen to gain more exposure to the month end commercial management accounts process. This role is perfect for a Part Qualified Management Accountant to gain commercial experience and build on their business partnering skills. My client is a notable name in their industry, and are well known for providing a top quality working culture and training for their employees.

Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights to stakeholders.
• Assist with variance analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data aligns with business goals.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes across the organisation.
• Provide support for year-end audits and statutory reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the development of financial models and decision-making tools.
• Support the implementation of new accounting systems or processes as required.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Part Qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA is preferred but not essential
• Relevant experience in a fast paced Management Accounts role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships throughout the business
• The ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging £42,000 - £48,000
• 3 days onsite, 2 days at home - Hybrid Working!
