eCommerce Sales Assistant (Online Marketplace)

About the Role
We are a growing UK-based eCommerce business and are looking to bring in 2–3 people to support the next stage of growth.
This is a practical, hands-on role working within a small team, focused on managing and improving product sales through online marketplaces (primarily eBay).
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and improving a set of product listings day-to-day.
This includes:
· Managing product listings (titles, images, descriptions)
· Monitoring what is selling and making adjustments
· Updating pricing and positioning
· Supporting customer queries
· Keeping listings accurate and well presented
Over time, the role becomes more commercially focused — understanding what drives sales and improving performance.
You will effectively be responsible for a defined part of our online sales activity, working within a structured system.

You might be:
· Early in your career
· A recent school leaver or graduate
· Someone with some exposure to online selling or digital platforms
More important than experience is that you are:
· Comfortable working online
· Detail-focused
· Reliable and consistent
· Willing to learn
Experience with eCommerce or marketplaces is helpful, but not essential.

You will be working within an existing setup:
· Products and fulfilment are already in place
· Listings and structure are provided
· You focus on managing and improving performance
This is a performance-based role, where earnings build over time based on output and results. Further detail will be shared during the interview process.
