We are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join our client a well-established and busy legal team based in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, full-time

The Role:

You will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and excellent client care skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Conducting searches and handling enquiries
• Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
• Providing excellent client service throughout the transaction process

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a conveyancing role (qualified or non-qualified considered)
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficient in using case management systems
