An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent to join a highly regarded independent estate agency as an Assistant Branch Manager in Yateley.

This role is ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer looking to progress into a management position within a successful and expanding company covering the Hampshire and Surrey borders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out property valuations and convert appraisals into instructions
• Win new business and grow market share within the local area
• Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the office
• Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
• Drive residential sales performance and pipeline activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service to vendors, buyers, and applicants
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business planning and branch growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential estate agency
• Strong valuation and listing experience essential
• Currently working as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or similar
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business
• Well-presented, professional, and articulate
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
• Local knowledge of the Yateley / Hampshire / Surrey market advantageous

Package & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Realistic OTE £50,000–£65,000+
