A well-established organisation is currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team.
Recruiting on behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive and well-organised individual with a strong customer-focused approach to credit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own ledger and monitoring customer accounts
• Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Resolving account queries and disputes efficiently
• Setting up and reviewing credit limits and payment terms
• Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
• Supporting month-end reporting where required

About you

• Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
