Our Financial Services client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous call centre, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing excellent service, and supporting customers in a professional and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Deliver excellent customer service across all interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Follow company processes and compliance guidelines within a regulated environment
  • Escalate complex issues when required
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
  • Candidates from financial services and retail, customer-facing backgrounds will be considered
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident speaking with customers over the phone
  • Good problem-solving and listening skills
