Adore Recruitment are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Permanent Recruitment division specialising within Technical and Construction recruitment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established independent recruitment agency with a strong reputation across Essex, Kent and the South East.

We are seeking somebody who is confident building relationships, commercially aware and driven to develop both new and existing business opportunities.

The Role

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placement

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Developing new business opportunities within the construction and technical sectors

• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for permanent vacancies

• Writing and advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms

• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion

• Attending client meetings and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and professional approach

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

• Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment

• Good organisational and administration skills

• Full UK driving licence preferred
