A boutique investment firm is seeking a bright, organised and personable second jobber to join as a Team Assistant, supporting a busy, collaborative team and acting as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel booking
Meeting coordination and scheduling
First point of contact for clients and investors
Office and facilities support
Support with processing expenses, and supplier invoices
Document preparation, printing, binding, and digital filing
CRM updates
Event coordination
Support with onboarding, equipment setup, and starter/leaver processes
Candidate Profile
1 years’ experience in a Team Assistant/FOH/PA or similar role
Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Discreet, reliable, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
Microsoft Office skills
Positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
This role is paying up to £40k DOE, plus benefits, and it is office based 5 days a week.
