Accomplish Today is partnering with a highly regarded organisation to appoint a commercially driven Client Relationship Manager. This is a high-quality, relationship-led sales role offering immediate access to a large portfolio of established, billing clients, combined with the opportunity to generate new business. This role is ideally suited to individuals who want to operate in a more professional, consultative sales environment while still achieving £50,000+ earnings from day one.
The Opportunity
- Work with an existing portfolio of active, revenue-generating clients
- Develop and expand long-term business relationships
- Identify and convert additional revenue opportunities within key accounts
- Support wider business growth through targeted outbound business development
This is not a cold-start role — you will be inheriting live, engaged client relationships with immediate commercial potential.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Development
- Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of B2B clients
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand commercial objectives
- Identify opportunities to increase account value and drive revenue
Business Development
- Generate new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and proactive engagement
- Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities alongside existing accounts
- Convert leads into long-term commercial partnerships
Commercial Delivery
- Take a consultative approach to client conversations
- Deliver tailored solutions aligned to client requirements
- Drive revenue growth across both new and existing business
Performance Management
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking through CRM systems
- Deliver consistent levels of outbound sales activity
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- Strong ability to build and develop client relationships
- Commercially driven with a focus on revenue generation
- Confident communicator with professional client-facing skills
Desirable
- Experience in B2B sales or managing client portfolios
- Background in recruitment, professional services, or consultative sales
- Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for business development
