Recruit UK are supporting a well-established financial services firm who are looking to hire a Mortgage Administrator due to a team member retiring. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative office environment, supporting a team of Mortgage Advisers alongside 3 other Administrators on a pooled basis.

Responsibilities

• Processing mortgage cases from application through to completion
• Keying mortgage applications accurately onto systems
• Liaising with lenders and third parties to progress cases
• Completing compliance documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting advisers with documentation, letters and general administration
• Speaking with clients where required to provide updates and gather information

Requirements

• Previous experience within financial services administration or mortgage administration
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support colleagues
