A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Reading. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, long-term work with guaranteed weekly hours and great benefits.

This role is ideal for a professional and reliable driver looking for a secure position with early finishes while still being paid a full 8.5-hour day.

The Role

• Multi-drop deliveries within the local region
• Safe and professional operation of Class 2 vehicles
• Vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on time
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Following all health & safety and driving regulations
• Minimal manual handling involved

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) License
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• A minimum of 1 year experience on Class 2 (for the insurance purposes)
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is essential
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and professional attitude
