Early Years Practitioner – Fleet, Hampshire, GU51

Salary: £13.10–£14.25 per hour / up to £33,345 per year (depending on experience, qualifications and hours)

Hours: Between 8am–6pm | 27 hours (3 days), 40 hours (4 days) or 45 hours (5 days)

Contract: Permanent OR Flexible Permanent contract options | All year round

Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our family-run nursery near Fleet, Hampshire, GU51. Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner

  • Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
  • Plan and implement engaging, interest-led EYFS activities
  • Celebrate children’s learning and development with families
  • Support the team and contribute to nursery development

About You

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Previous nursery practitioner experience
  • Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
